Andre Borell and simPRO Master Electricians Racing are pleased to announce the return of electrical giant HPM Legrand to the Australian motor racing scene. HPM were in the past heavily involved with V8 Supercar Development Series team HPM Racing, and now make a return in the form of the #5 Australian Formula Ford entry of simPRO Master Electricians Racing and Andre Borell.

Andre was ecstatic about the new addition to the team, and is looking forward to 2010: “It is always good to have a new sponsor jump on board, but this is even better because HPM is such a nice fit with our two title sponsors this year; simPRO and Master Electricians. Our entry is really becoming an electrical industry backed car – all we are missing now is a major Electrical Wholesaler and we’ll have all the key players in the Industry on one car”. Borell went on to add “Testing has gone pretty well so far. There was a few minor hiccups with the new car, but nothing unexpected and nothing major. I’m sick of waiting for the season to start; I can’t wait to go out for practice at Albert Park and see where everyone is really at. I’m fairly confident we are going to have a front running package this year”.
